Michaels in Findlay is a great place to shop for crafts and holiday items. The store is nice, clean, and well stocked with an amazing selection of everything. Customers can find popular art supplies, fabric, yarn, craft machines, seasonal decor, and party supplies all in one place. The store was very well stocked with Christmas and Halloween items. The sales are very good and the people who work there are very helpful, friendly, and provide great customer service. Associates are helpful with sales and information, making shoppers feel very welcome. The store has plenty of staff members on hand to assist and check out, and self check out is a breeze. It is a truly great customer experience from an unexpected place.
