I wish I would’ve remembered the guys name that helped me with getting my prints framed, but he was incredible and did such a professional job. He took care of my prints while I picked out frames and was very informational and helpful with my decision-making in the process. I ended up spending around $800 to get my prints framed And I just appreciate the thoroughness and not being rushed! I had seven prints framed. It took less than two weeks for me to get a call, saying that they were ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up, they tried to only give me two of my frames, and I kinda almost freaked out a little bit, but they ended up having them in the back lol I guess the associate helping me then did not notice them. I will be back as I love crafting, and the employees here are kind. The store seems to be well ran and clean. 😊

Jeremy is a very helpful fellow with great people skills and a nice glow to him ,remembers faces and names and even what we were interested in when it was out of stock before ,truly a great customer experience from an unexpected place :)

Love Michaels and so happy we have one in Findlay now. The selection of everything was amazing. The store was clean and there were no obstacles to get around. Plenty of staff members on hand to assist and check out.

On the search for loops and thread yarn was my mission for Sunday's Michaels exploration. I felt very welcome as the outside doors were open and the associates greeted me as I came into the store. Very well dressed and well stocked stored with Christmas and Halloween items in inventory. Self check out was a breeze and then the cutest compliment from a sales person made me feel wonderful.
