Gabby handled all my concerns, made many calls on my behalf, and straightened out my SIM card dilemma. I left the store absolutely on top of the world!! “I initially went to the Verizon store on the East side of town because I noticed an extra line on my account 3 months ago. I was told it was nothing and would eventually fall off. I was very close to going to a different provider but decided to try to go to this location. I'm so glad I did! Not only were they able to sort out my account but they treated me like a person, not just a way to make $$$$$! I will NEVER go back to the other location. This is were I will be going from now on!”
