Pet Supplies Plus Findlay
2033 Tiffin Ave, FindlaySo I went to this store on Mother’s Day because my dog was throwing up and had water diarrhea for literally like 3-4 days from the stress of moving. I came to this store and I bought some raw goats milk and some pumpkin powder that was suggested to my by the store assistant Lexi that she swore would firm up my dogs poop and let me tell you, I gave him ONE dose of that firm up for dinner that night and he quite literally did not have diarrhea after that at all! I’ve never been more shocked and amazed in my life. Granted, he has had the most deadly smelling farts since then but at least he’s got solid poops! And to circle back to the raw goats milk, the store manager Brian suggested the pumpkin spice one and It has been amazing for and helped his vomiting j stomach issues. This store is amazing and has A+ customer service and care for its guest! 10/10 recommend!!

Rendoggie's Nail Trim and Bathing
1800 Tiffin Avenue Findlay Mall, FindlayMy Kane (8 lb chiuhauha) is oh so cute, but a monster when anyone attempts to touch his nails! Previous groomer had to cone and muzzle him! So I warned them.... They put kane on the table, distracted and talked to him having his tail wag the whole time... no muzzle, no cone, no bad experience!! I Absolutely recommend for all pups!! Bonus... They are very reasonably priced!💖💖

Grammies
6929 Township Rd 255, FindlayAfter some not so great experiences at other boarding facilities, last summer my husband and I were looking.for a place to take our labs, who were 3 and 13 at the time.
I visited Grammies then took the boys for a morning trial visit. They did great so we left them in Grammies care for a week in July. They received excellent care and their shared kennel was a nice size and individually temperature controlled. The staff also had to give my older dog medicine twice/day. I was very impressed! I just called to make a reservation for this July. I gave my name and the name of one dog and the staff member said the name of my other dog. They have only stayed there one time and they were remembered. That's amazing and speaks highly of the staff and how they care for their guests. I hate leaving my boys but know they will have a great time at Grammies!

Jolly Dipper
510 East Lincoln Street, FindlayThe ice cream is good and the people are absolutely wonderful. The only problem is the pack of little delinquent wannabes on there mini motorcycles being crude and abbrasive (putting it nicely as to not get removed) whenever they decide to pollute this awesome establishment.

Dougie John's Pizza
106 South Main Street, FindlayNeat little place. Love the lunch flatbread special! Unfortunately I’ve learned to avoid the fold ups. They are always raw inside that you can pinch and pull the dough. No - it isn’t the cheese. I brought it to their attention in the past (even said I would send pictures) and was told they would write my name down and to order it well done next time. I was skeptical but I redeemed my fold up as well done. It was almost burnt on the outside and still raw inside. Every time I have went in to pick up it looks not the cleanest (like powder everywhere?) and it is kinda hard to get someone’s attention without feeling rude. It usually seems like there is only one person working so maybe that is why.

Findlay Brewing Company
213 E Crawford St, FindlayFindlay brewing co was such a lively and fun atmosphere. It definitely stands out to other breweries because of all the cream ale options and non-traditional beer options. It was so fun choosing the flights the various flavors made it unique and fun! I loved the vanilla cream ale was the carrot cake with the brown sugar rim. Our favorite regular beer in the group was the Hancocked IPA and second the Oktoberfest. The food was delicious and filling. Service was laid back and friendly. There is an outdoor patio area with heaters too. The brewery was overall a great vibe with delicious ales.

Humane Society & SPCA of Hancock County
4550 Fostoria Ave, Findlaymy heartfelt thanks to all, Ivy will be 13 yrs old in June 2023. she's been a loyal loving protector for nearly 12 yrs old she still shines like stars on a clear night.
Ivy gave me the best 12 yrs of her life, I tried hard to give her the best 12 yrs of mine. she had been terribly abused and was coping with PTSD and my combat-related PTSD had me in a tailspin. thankfully, we helped one another find many moments of peace within. RIP My Girl, Ivy 💫
I now have Archer, rescued him 2+yrs ago. he knows when the past creeps into my present. when a bad memory grabs me to the point it kick starts anger, Archer will growl. his growling is as if he his redirecting me until I calm down, Archer is an amazing ESA and companion.
