6828 Texas St, WhitehouseDr Bill is the best. He has taken care of our Rotties since 2017 he knows his stuff! Maggie doesn’t like going but loves the girls and getting on the scale. Then nail cutting time comes. She does great. Dr Bill stays on top of his game, with new meds etc.

10835 Waterville St, WhitehouseI saw this restaurant awhile back on Facebook and finally had the opportunity to stop and try it for dinner. The small town is extremely charming, and the restaurant itself is very nice with its rustic exterior, outdoor patio and upscale interior. The weather was nice, so I ate outside. I ordered the small prime rib portion (rare) with a couple pieces of the perch, French onion soup, and potato. The prime rib was a bit on the pricey side IMO and was definitely closer to medium than it was too rare. The flavor was good but prime rib is basically pretty consistent. The perch was very good and supposedly fresh from Lake Erie. The French onion soup was delicious with a good amount of cheese. The server was very friendly and provided great service. I liked that they also serve Pepsi products and appreciate the fact that the fountain machine was well tuned and provided a good balance of carbonation and syrup. It seems rare anymore to get a good fountain pop that tastes like it's supposed too. Hopefully I will be back and try some other menu items.
