The young man trying to suck the oil out of dipstick tube was having a problem with it. I am not a fan of that procedure. Prefer oil drained from pan. Was still nervous about the oil change and getting all the contaminated oil out of the system plus my vehicle only takes 4 quarts and I get charged for 5

First time stopping in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and explained all the services available. I chose the mid grade oil change which was best for me. Wasn’t over sold in anything and they also pointed out a few things I should get done to the vehicle.
