Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change is a fast, quick, and honest place. The team is super friendly, absolutely kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond. Service is fairly quick and easy, getting customers promptly on their way. They explain everything clearly without pressure for unnecessary things, ensuring vehicles are in great condition. Many customers highly recommend them, stating they won't go anywhere else and will definitely return. The business is praised for having good eggs and making visits fun. Some note that while specific services can be more expensive for certain vehicles, they are cheaper than a dealership.
Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I don’t drive tons of miles and instead of pushing services and products they let me know not coming in often is not necessary.
