Horrible management, shady business practices, an ethics with no regard for the guarantees made by Verizon itself when you order something that is guaranteed to be available in a locker within two hours and they take over six hours and post it 10 minutes before they close available for pick up, but will not let you in to get it

Management is absolutely awful they lie about trade ins, if you’re not buying anything they’re super rude. The manager Sam is rude makes up things when you get your phone at Best Buy they don’t wanna help with anything or they want you to return and buy it there. Overall customer experience is terrible, they add things to your plan even after you say not to. I deal with unhappy customers every day coming from Verizon. Verizon step your game up stop being worried about a check and put your customers first.

I haven't been here in a long time prior to today. The store has changed quite a bit (and been remodeled inside). This is all for good. I like the new layout and the spaced out desks for people to sit with their clients. way better than the counter they had in the past. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt like the customer service was a little impersonal. I'm not name-dropping the rep that I worked with today, but at least a couple times, they disappeared to the back for what felt like longer than needed. The first time was to get the new phone. Maybe they have a process that requires them to be back there for awhile to get the new phone - not sure. The second time was while my new phone was copying the config from my old. This process was about 10 minutes. The rep started the process and disappeared as soon as it started. Didn't come back til there was about a minute left. I saw them standing in the back corner talking to other employees. In my opinion, the rep could have used this time to talk to me about my other lines, cross-sell, or even just be social. Instead, I just sat there kinda bored waiting for the transfer to take place. That aside, my experience was good. The rep seemed knowledgeable, just didn't seem to wanna chat much. I don't need to visit the store in-person much these days and use the website frequently, but if you need to visit this store, I'd recommend them to you.

I have always had good customer service but to actually get through to this store and location is there an exact number besides the 1800?? I cannot stand not being able to get through.

Nick was super helpful with our business account. Especially after all the trouble we had with calling customer service all week. The other rep in the store was super helpful as well, unfortunately I don't recall his name. The Findlay store was nothing short of spectacular in being helpful

Had issues with apple watch activation. The store employees were absolutely amazing at getting my issues fixed and being quick and prompt about fixing it Sam the manager was absolutely wonderful and I would ask for him every time I go Alex the sales rep was absolutely super friendly and made sure that I felt I was getting the best help possible. Will no longer do anything over the phone with Verizon will only be going in to see them

Not the best when it comes to customer service! Got a new phone and had some questions it only took a couple minutes for them to hand us a paper with some # and said call this and they can help you! It would have taken less time for them to assist with the issue! I guess once they have you locked in then they could care less! Not my first time with verizon..had them 10ish years ago and im not sure why i went back! Do yourself some shopping around before settling with this! D-

All the team members were rude and they said they could not help us because they were closing at 7 o’clock and we were there at 6:25 PM. Don’t recommend to go back here at all.

The store visit was terrible. Tiffin Av. Store could sell the phone but not set it up or transfer info from my old phone. It took me over 3 hrs to get everything done and several calls to their help line. The help line people we very helpful. Wont do it again.

This place is always busy... people are nice. This time I couldn't wait to get help...my issue is more with Verizon itself I think... not a phone or account problem.I'll have to go back when I have more time to wait.
