“I would give these guys a 5 star rating, for installation, pleasantness and products offered, however I dropped one star only because they could use someone to answer their phone. The manager/owner kept getting interrupted by calls and other customers coming in which delayed some of the process. Otherwise, these guys did a GREAT job installing my tonneau cover and were able to get us in on our tight schedule. I wish Google had a way to give them a 4.5 rating but sadly they do not. I highly recommend them though.”

“I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the vehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.”

Charlie said shocks have a number on them to match to get part.Autozone new motto should be, if I'm ZONED you don't need it. Associate tried to distract me, We got peanuts. Napa for real help ,got part ,and yes it worked. First time”

“Brought in my car after a flat tire that had to be towed to this Walmart auto Franklin location. I called and one gentleman told me they weren’t taking anymore walk ins and wouldn’t be able to help me today. Luckily I still had my car towed here and Cody and another young man got me back quickly and said they had no other cars in the garage at that time. So the man I spoke with on the phone lied… CODY IS AN EXCEPTIONAL team lead- he took care of me and my car. My boyfriend and I only have one car, so being without it even a day was scary because he works in the medical field and that is his only way to and from work. I’m so grateful for Cody’s kindness and his willingness to get me in and get me the best possible price for a new tire. Walmart management and corp. needs to know about this. This was amazing. I’m sitting here waiting in happy tears, I was scared worrying how I would pick my boyfriend up from work tonight from the hospital. Cody saved the day!!!”
