“The rear wiper arm on my ’16 MB GL350 broke and I needed a new one. Looked online at the AutoZone stores near me and all had what I needed in stock, so went to their store next to Gordon Food / Pep Boys.
The lady at that store looked up my part and said they did not have it, and in fact I would need to buy it directly from Mercedes Benz.
So before I left the parking lot I called this Advance Auto Parts store, and they said they had one in stock. Went there to make my purchase with no issue.”

“A big shout out to the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group, Eric Soehner and his team at the Miamisburg location: Jamie, Tony, Cayte and the painters. They took care of everything. They had a tow truck out quickly, took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was able to make schedule (even with all the supply chain issues). I can’t say enough of the fantastic job they did! My Mazda CX-9 had a huge gash down the driver’s side after making contact with a blade on the back of a tractor. My Mazda looks so good. “I stopped by the Miamisburg store Wednesday for a battery test in my Jeep Compass. Tyler advised the battery needed replaced and so I returned Thursday. He was alone at the moment and I told him I was happy to wait. Within 15 minutes he was putting my battery in and I was ready to go. Tyler is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Side note...I was delighted to find I have known his family since first grade!

“Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage.
