“I’ve never written a review before with anyone, I had came in I think 10 minutes before they closed and I know a lot of people normally get frustrated with that but I had the Best experience with Marlene. She was super helpful, very sweet very talkative. Asked me if I needed anything. She also helped me sign up for my rewards and everything which I thought I had already done but obviously I didn’t. Overall she did an absolute amazing job and I really would go there again because of her.”

“What a gem! Walked in because I saw they had clothes that Rose & Remington has at an outlet. I thought I'd be spending $40 on the top and long vest I picked out. When the cashier said the 2 pieces would be $25 and some change, I almost said wait and went back for more! Will definitely return soon to complete my fall wardrobe!”

“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”

“Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. “This is a one room store in a beautiful home on Main Street in Lebanon. They have homemade jewelry and art. My wife loved everything. She ended up getting me to buy her a leather bracelet, that I have to admit is pretty cool. It's going under the Christmas tree. From what I can tell, it is only open on Saturday's. The gentleman was very gracious. He was very proud of his wife's accomplishments and the store itself. He didn't seem to mind when my wife was peaking in the rooms that aren't part of the store! The angel wings outside the store are a fun addition. I know that my wife will have me stopping back here in the new year.”
