He is a true life saver… Had an emergency which resulted in the loss of my phone and thankfully not my life… Brad did an amazing job at keeping me calm, HE SHOWED ME EMPATHY and really just made the store an overall comfortable environment for me and my mom!! He took his time to help me set up my new device and even showed me a few tricks I could use lol… THANK YOU BRAD!!! GOD placed you in the room at the perfect time… Thankful for you and AT&T!!”

“Had gotten a phone at another location and went in here to have my bill looked because it was not what I was told it would be. Instead of directing me to call customer service like previous location the manager pulled up my account and went over the additional charges that were added. He was able to get them squared away for me. Store started to get busy and he didnt rush me away. I know going forward this is the location I will be going to for all my future services.
