“We were on a big trip driving across the Eastern US from Texas to Chicago, Akron Oh, Columbus Oh, Atlantic Beach NC and back to Texas. Our travel from Akron to Columbus off Rt 16 we had the main belt break. It was about 4:30 PM and a truck full 5 kids and pulling a pop up trailer. I didn't know anyone close by so I took a chance and googled a parts store. GKM Napa looked to be the closest. I thought maybe I could get lucky and hitch a ride to get the parts to get us going again. I called and talked to Pete. He said they did have two different belts for my truck so I bought the one that I thought I need. I asked if they delivered and he said they do but not at this late in the day, since they close at 5. I told him our situation and he said he does have a guy that is passing my way and check to see if he could drop it off. He said yes and I was very relieved. I started to disassemble the belt and noticed the tensioner was faulty. I called back immediately after which it was already 5:10PM Luckily Pete answered and added the item to the delivery. As soon as I got the tensioner off Darren arrived from NAPA and he helped me put the new parts on. Luckily he brought the other belt just in case because of course the one I choose was incorrect. Less than 1 hour and 30 minutes from being stranded the great people from NAPA saved us from what could have be an expensive and painful experience. I will always be in debt to Pete and Darren for being such wonderful people.”

“At first when I came to Walmart tire & lube I showed up and was told to make an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment that I was told was at three, one of the team members, Ron walked up and asked if I needed help and that there was a line. I told him I thought I had an appointment at three and he showed me their schedule and I didn’t have one but he fit me in and helped me in the best way he could. He felt bad for the miscommunication and took it upon himself to give me the best customer care, kept me updated on everything going on, was very sweet to my kids, and totally turned my whole experience around!
