Comfort Inn & Suites in Fremont, OH, offers a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. Guests appreciate the overall cleanliness of the rooms and find the beds comfortable, making it a good choice for rest. The hotel provides a variety of breakfast options that guests find delicious, adding to the positive experience. The location is convenient, especially for events like weekend trips or visits to nearby attractions such as Kalahari, which is only about 30 minutes away. The staff is praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, with one staff member going above and beyond by brushing snow off a guest’s car during a snowstorm. The hotel is dog-friendly, although there is a $25 fee, and guests appreciate the accommodating attitude towards pets. Guests also mention enjoying amenities like the pool and jacuzzi, which are kept very clean and in good condition. However, there are some issues noted by guests. Some experienced disturbances from housekeeping, including loud noise and conversations early in the morning, which affected their sleep. There was also concern about housekeeping not changing sheets unless beds appeared barely touched, raising questions about cleanliness. A particular room near the elevator was not favored due to noise, especially late at night, which disturbed sleep despite efforts to drown out the noise with earplugs and fans. Overall, Comfort Inn & Suites offers a comfortable, clean, and friendly environment, with attentive staff and good amenities, making it a recommended choice for travelers passing through Fremont.
