Prices are good for a phone but their mobile hotspot does not work very well with a laptop especially if you have any good size files to try to work on small files it works fine

Update April 2023: I needed assistance starting a new line and Mercedes was very happy to help me. She wasn't afraid to make a call and ask for help when she got stuck setting the phone up. She was knowledgeable about the phones they offer, she knew the plans and was very professional even when it was a tad hectic. I was impressed by the way she carried herself and her determination to learn how to fix this problem we had with the phone. I hope she moves up into a management position and gets paid more for everything she knows.I took a few pictures of the interior of Cricket. I posted them along with this update. If you're looking for speakers, you should stop by and check out their selection. An assortment of prices for every budget.______________________________Very helpful sales rep. She helped my son set everything up on his new phone and air pods. We will always go to the Fremont store!

I accompanied Tim Martin to the store tonight to upgrade his phone. Stephanie was wonderful. She assisted three customers at a time with multiple issues. While assisting Tim, she ran into a computer issue. She contacted several sources to ensure Tim did not lose his upgrade and was able to successfully complete his request for a phone upgrade. Throughout the interaction, she was very personable and helpful. Tim says, “She was stupendous.” Thanks, Stephanie. Your help was greatly appreciated.

This store has a representative that isn’t familiar with all Cricket products. That’s entirely understandable. What’s not understandable is the anger she directed towards me when I needed help getting a Cricket Debut Smart phone working that I had purchased at a Meijer location in Troy Ohio. She kept insisting the phone was not a Cricket product, eventually telling me to leave the store when I showed her the Cricket packaging the phone came in and said that it was. I ended up spending almost 2 hours on the phone with several Cricket representatives getting the very same phone added to my Cricket account I already have for my iPhone and my iPad. When I asked the first phone representative, John, if this was indeed a Cricket product, he said yes. I again went to the Fremont store with additional questions. Once again I was asked to leave when I asked the representative for her name or that of her manager. How will this store ever improve on their knowledge or customer service skills when normal questions are seen as confrontational assaults. It’s perfectly acceptable to say, “I’m sorry, I’m not familiar with that phone. We don’t carry it in this location. However, I’ll be happy to get you in touch with someone who can assist you.” And, how unfortunate that I live just miles from my local store, but will never be able to stop in to ask for assistance with any of the three devices I have, all on my Cricket Wireless plan.I hope the owner of this store has an opportunity to review the video of both interactions. Truth matters. As does fairness.

What a disappointment they have become. Have been having a lot of problems with our phone service lately and called the store to only reach a rude person on the other end of the phone. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they didn’t have a store manager and then was advised that the rude person on the other end of the phone was the person in charge. Called customer service and they were even worse. Been a customer for a long time it’s sad.
