“Loved working with the Rural King in Fremont, Ohio for the first time! Every time I called there I spoke to a human instead of an automated system. They also were willing to walk to look to see if my order was there before driving an hour and were very helpful loading my order onto the trailer and correcting the tax exemption on my order. Everyone was very nice and wonderful to work with! Such a great experience!”
“I love there prices, but sometimes you end up with defective items. They are Always quick to swap out or refund. They need to update there App with where the items are located in the store . Every time I'm looking for something in a hurry, you have to ask one of the helpful staff it's location. There placement of products throughout the store without reason Boggles the mind.....lol”

“Man oh man!! I had my work cut out for me with this plumbing project today and the only reason I was able to complete it was because of the knowledge of the ACE staff working today 06/13/2026..I brought the pictures and parts they needed and between their knowledge my knowledge as a group we were able to figure out what was needed to fix and replace a very jeririgged job. Every single team member brought something to the table to help with what I was going through and without them we wouldnt have able to restore water to the house. All around best store ive been to.
