This is by far the worst customer service i’ve ever had. Timothy, who helped me set up my phone, first tells me it would be $50 a month for a iPhone unless i upgraded it. We go through all the work and as i’m about to sign up he tells me due to me not having a credit score that I would have to pay for the phone which would be $800. I told him I’m not doing that and begin to leave and he suddenly tells me that he must’ve put in something wrong and I have no longer have to pay it. How does someone go from having to pay $800 for a phone to it “just being an error.” Fast forward I go to pay my phone bill and Timothy put it under my old phone number that I no longer had. I went in to set up with the phone they provided so as of why he did this I don’t know. I call a customer service number and got everything reset but it still wouldn’t let me login. I go into the store and explain to Timothy what happens. I got handed a slip of paper and told to call the SAME customer service number that I already had previously. After this I don’t think I will ever go back to Verizon.
Update: Had gone back inside again today, another representative had helped me. Timothy didn’t even put the phone number he had given me under the internet so that explains why my phone has been so slow this entire time. My bill was also supposed be $65 but was $123. Tony who was the woman who helped me return my phone was very rude. I will never ever again go to verizon.

Nicole was outstanding and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. She was lovely. All of the staff seemed helpful and kind - but Nicole really shined. Great experience.

My phone suddenly stopped working while driving from Michigan. I stopped at the store to discover that my MyVerizon account was hacked. Toni, and others in the store were very helpful reporting the issue, stopping the fraudulent purchases, and restoring my phone.
I appreciate Toni’s knowledge and helpfulness.

This visit was not what I expected, the employee wanted to charge me $30 to find out what was wrong with my phone. Isn't that part of what we pay for already? SMH

I switched phone companies and I still had to pay off my phone through Verizon instead you decided to take it upon yourself and take the whole amount that I owed on the 2 phones leaving me with no notice and leaving me with a NEGATIVE BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT. I JUST HAD SURGERY ON FRIDAY IM OFF WORK FOR AT LEAST 5 WEEKS AND CANT PAY MY BILLS NOW THANKS I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO VERIZON EVER AGAIN!!!! I was going to make payments on the phones but you decided to do what you wanted! THANKS!

This Verizon Store is wonderful! The team is knowledgeable, and efficient. They seem to care about doing things accurately so people do not have to return over and over or get frustrated because they weren't given all of the information required to make a good decision. Props to you! Thank you!

In my opinion stay away from Verizon and this store. They cannot tell you the truth. Always a different story as to your bill. Spotty service and no plans to improve. I cannot recommend.

Never have I ever been mistreated this badly at a store in my life. Walked into the store with my 4 year old daughter to shop for a phone case, I was first greeted by Toni, a specialist, who didn't seem too friendly at all. She was rude and had a huge attitude about everything. I even asked if she was okay, and she said I was the one being rude. I tried to charge my phone on a wireless pad they have out there for customers, so I could pull up my account info, and was told I wasn't allowed to and that I was being asked to leave the store. I asked for a manager, who I don't even think was the manager, and he also agreed that I should leave with my 4 year old. Had been a customer for 5 years. I truly can't believe this happened.
