About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Gahanna provides a smooth rental process with helpful and polite staff. The office is tidy and clean, and the vehicles are clean and sanitized. The process is often quick, both for picking up and returning cars. This location is noted for working well with insurance companies during repair claims, handling paperwork efficiently, and offering convenient pick-up and drop-off services at repair shops. Staff are described as professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile, listening to unique situations and working with customers. However, a common criticism of the company, including this branch, is that the specific vehicle type reserved online is not always available upon arrival, which can be disappointing. Despite this, many customers report wonderful experiences due to the amazing service and would return to this specific location. Enterprise offers a low-touch rental process at thousands of locations globally.
