“This review is for Dr.Jeffrey Marshall, Westerville Family Physicians, COPC and it's Care Navigation Team. I have been a patient under Westerville Family Physicians with numerous doctors, at least 12 years give or take. Every doctor has been great. Dr. Marshall has been my doctor for about 5 years. He is always looking out for my well-being. I called the Care Navigation Team regarding an incident that involved a tetanus vaccine. Nurse Lisa gave me instructions. Within an hour I received a call from Dr. Marshall's nurse that the doctor wanted to see me regarding this incident. Where do you get this type of looking out? Stunning. Within the day, I was called by the scheduling department, to set up a physical exam that was due as well, requested by Dr. Marshall. It feels amazing to be truly cared for by your doctor and the group, COPC, that is employing these individuals.”

I don’t trust providers easily, but I trust her with my medical care.Edit: I have been seeing Letisha these days and she has been exceptional as well. Additionally, I did have some experience of rude receptionists in the past at times but this staff they have now have been more than accommodating and helpful.”
