“Lovely place! I had wasted a lot of time searching around big box stores and online for a floor lamp shade. I walked in The Lamp Shade with a photo of the lamp (and a tape measure held next to it), and walked out with the perfect shade in a few minutes thanks to the expert advice and recommendation of the owner. She also offered for me to bring in the lamp itself to test different shades. There are not many stores you can walk into and receive personalized advice/information like you can here, and the shade itself is beautiful and excellent quality. Thank you!”

A few hours later, she messaged me again to say she found a bottle of the original hot sauce. Her customer service was outstanding! I can’t wait to visit the store in person just to meet her. I can’t say enough about how professional the service was.”
“Saw these shoes in the window of the store while I was visiting Columbus from Cleveland for the day. They were just so cute to me so I had to grab them. Unfortunately, I didnt get to the store before closing. I immediately went online to order them. The process was easy and they shipped to Cleveland within the 2 business days. “My sister and I had a pleasure of going in today looking for a specific crystal and we left with that and more! Dominic, was amazing! He answered questions, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient! Which we needed, as our eyes were stimulated, and our minds were open! There was something shiny and magical in every inch of this well stocked treasure chest of a Boutique Experience!! He was attentive and made this trip memorable for us, as we smiled, laughed, and released all of our OOHs and AHs surrounding our Bounty! My sister and I came in with my nephew who is 14 months old and full of chatter and wonder. It didn’t distract him from giving his personal attention to our interactions and inquisitive behavior. He was focused on us as customers! That is a lost art form! Quality Customer Service! We spent time looking at all the treasures that were available to us! The store was well organized and stocked with many items to choose from in categories from Crystals to Clothing to Candles and More!! Definitely a place I will be returning to for a variety of options and items. Whether you are religious or metaphysical or somewhere in between, there was something for all the manifestations and spiritual experiences! I love reporting a great find! Thank you for superseding our expectations!”
