“Lovely place! I had wasted a lot of time searching around big box stores and online for a floor lamp shade. I walked in The Lamp Shade with a photo of the lamp (and a tape measure held next to it), and walked out with the perfect shade in a few minutes thanks to the expert advice and recommendation of the owner. She also offered for me to bring in the lamp itself to test different shades. There are not many stores you can walk into and receive personalized advice/information like you can here, and the shade itself is beautiful and excellent quality. Thank you!”

“I purchased one of the animal clocks with the wagging tails last week, but when I got home I noticed the tail wasn’t working properly. I reached out, and they immediately mailed me two replacement motors so I could easily fix it myself plus a handwritten note with clear instructions. They also assured me that if it still didn’t work, they’d give me a full refund.
The tail is now proudly wagging, and I’m genuinely impressed by how quickly and kindly they resolved the issue. I’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend them to friends!”

“This is the largest grocery store I’ve seen. Great prepared food selection. Martha, fish, etc. beautiful flor area with the sweetest staff to help you. Huge wine/ beer area. They make their own cotton candy and popcorn. Their flavored coffee beans are amazing, and if you like chocolate and other sweets, you’ll definitely find something you like. Great fruits and vegetables and of course everything else one could shop for in a grocery store. There’s even a Starbucks inside.”
“I recently decided to do a major living room remodel before my upcoming hysterectomy surgery, and I was really excited about some furniture I ordered from World Market. About two weeks after placing the order, I woke up and checked my email, expecting to see delivery updates. Instead, I found several emails saying my orders had been canceled.
Needless to say, I was pretty upset. It was the first thing I saw that morning, so I immediately called the Polaris location to find out what was going on. Dallas, one of the managers, answered the phone, and I can’t say enough good things about how she handled the situation.
She already knew exactly who I was and what I was calling about. She explained that she had actually been trying to reach me but wasn’t able to leave a voicemail. Apparently, there can sometimes be issues with online orders placed using a newly opened World Market credit card, and in some cases, orders are mistakenly canceled even though the items have already shipped.
Thankfully, Dallas had been proactive and had my furniture set aside and on hold at the store while waiting to hear from me. What started as a very frustrating morning turned into a huge relief.
Dallas was patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to explain everything clearly and apologized for the confusion, even though the cancellation emails weren’t her fault. I really appreciated her effort to communicate with me and make sure my order was taken care of.
I usually don’t answer phone numbers I don’t recognize, but after this experience, I may have to start! LOL. Thank you, Dallas, for your excellent customer service and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. I really appreciate you! Thank you. 😊”
“My comfort store. They receive new items everyday so no matter how many times you go, there will always be something new to look at. My favorite item are these modern matchbooks with pictures on each side. They were completely sold out last time I went. Hopefully the vendor restocks soon 🙂”

“Can be hit or miss depending on wants in stock. Most of what they have is used rental furniture, but its mostly from corporate rentals so it's in pretty good shape and can have a nice discount. They do stock new items to fill the store out. If you are looking for a mid sized TV this might be your place!”

“I've received a few gift boxes as presents and I just have to say that this is the best store I have ever gotten soaps from. You can tell so much thought, planning, and care has gone into each product. The scents are absolutely wonderful, my skin feels so good after I use them in the shower, the packaging is all eco-friendly and I cannot recommend them enough! If I could give more than five stars I would in a heartbeat! I also appreciate that not only do they sell soaps they sell candles, crystals, and bath bombs!”
“Wow. What a hidden little gem of a vintage shop. Not sure if it was pure luck or just destiny but happened to have a plethora of 60s-90s suits all perfectly fitting me. Shop owner (John was his name) kindly offered a bit of discount since over 3-4 suits fit so well.
