It's up to you personally on where you like to shop.but it seems like that payed off the city inspector.its amazing on how they got closed down for rats /mice then opened back up in less then 12 hours.id like there mouse traps if that's the case or maybe they payed the pied Piper to come walk them out just never know.because even with talking to some employees it's amazing they say that they are still having problems with them and they believe some one got paid off as well

Okay, after visiting the Westerville Kroger and the Hampsted New Albany Kroger I had just about written Kroger off, as both stores are cluttered with cardboard stock boxes and just seem to not properly stock things. This store was nearly spotless.... Like out of a 10 scale its a 9.5. It has more selections of things than the Hampsted one. The aisles are free of abandoned cardboard. The workers move out of your way and when a restock cart gets full of empty cardboard board they take it into the back like they should. The shelves are stocked and fronted. They dont just place stock boxes full of cans on the shelf and leave it like a whole sale place. There isnt run over piled on the aisle, it stays in the back til needed. The sales people were helpful when I couldnt find what I needed. Self self checkout was a breeze. Whoever the manager here is needs to train the manager at Hampsted/New Albany. They could learn a lot. Thank you Stone Ridge Kroger/Gahanna for restoring my faith in Kroger.

I went to this Kroger for the first time yesterday, and one of the items on my shopping list was McIntosh Apples. I found a bin that was clearly labeled McIntosh with a price of $1.79/lb, so I filled a bag with six nice large apples. When I got them home my partner took one look at them and said, "Those are not McIntosh!" She then showed me a little tag on one of the apples with print too small for me to read without a magnifying glass, but when I did look through the glass I could see that they were all labeled Fuji. I am very upset....Kroger putting Fuji apples in a bin clearly labeled McIntosh is false advertising. I'd take them back and ask for my money back but it is too far to walk (I took an Uber to the store and back home with my shopping), so it would cost me more for another trip than I would get if I received a refund. I usually like Kroger stores, but will never shop at this particular one again.

Stoneridge: Just want to share my experience. I was in the floral department when a kind young lady approached me and asked how my day was and if there was anything she could do to help me. She had her hands full with beautiful flowers, but still showed me genuine kindness. That was so refreshing. I don’t remember her name but I asked if she was the manager, she smiled and said she had only been there a few weeks but really enjoyed her job in floral. She had long black hair. I just want to say thank you.Side note for the store: your public bathroom is really in need of care. Three times I’ve gone in there the checkoff sheet you have on the wall is initialed but it is terrible/dirty. No TP, no seat covers. It needs a overall deep clean.

This Store Is Terrible! Never Have Anything U Want In Stock BUT BEWARE Because Your Stupid Kroger App Will Tell You That They Have It When In Fact That Is Not True! Go Inside Store & Ask Where Something Is & Was Completely Ignored By 1 Employee(Like I Was Invisible) And The Next Employee Gave Me An Isle But Was Not Even Close To Being The Right Location. Kroger Litterly Wasted 40 Minutes Of My Time, I Got Nothing I Wanted & Still Had To Go To Another Store To Get What I Needed. Simple Grocery Shopping Made Impossible

For a store that is as busy as it is there is no Managers or service desk workers this is a shame.

The Kroger Boost is awesome. My delivery was great. Everything was temperature controlled. Delivery was on time. Delivery driver Christy was great. They picked comparable replacements.

I don’t usually write reviews for grocery stores. But I had such a great experience at this location yesterday evening. I was looking for a smaller piece of pork shoulder because on the meat display they only had huge slabs. The man working the meat department went to the back and took the time to find me the smallest pork shoulder slab. He weighed each available one in the back to find the smallest one for me. It was awesome. I really appreciate him taking the time to find me the smallest one. Then when I went to check out my friend and I were sharing a cart. The two gentlemen working register 9 were very patient with us as we divided up our order on the conveyor belt. Then the bagger took the time to tie my bags in a knot so I would be able to tell my groceries apart from my friend’s groceries. I can’t get over how helpful everyone was at this location. It was awesome. The overall customer service I received at this store was amazing. If I’m ever on this side of town again and I need groceries, I’ll definitely stop at this location again.

Kroger has great produce, flowers, bakery, meats, frozen foods and lots of choices. The prices are reasonable, not always the lowest price but not overly charging for goods. The selves are stocked, the store is in great shape and the people are consistently friendly folk.

This is the worst Kroger that we have been to. I’ve had three Clicklist’s canceled on me After I’ve arrived. Always long lines, not all of the self checkouts open.
