I'd been in there other times picking up packages that were shipped there versus home and everytime it was quick and easy to pick them up. Having a separate counter for pick ups was a great add to the store!”
“Came in needing to return two identical items from the same seller but with different shipping instructions, and these guys, Ramon especially, but the manager too, were AMAZING about helping me feel less stupid about it and giving me all the time to double and triple check the items. And I had no tape at home, and they didn't make me buy any or feel like a burden for needing them to tape it. They were grinning and happy and made my anxious, sad day SO MUCH BETTER. The whole experience was just so far above and beyond even a perfectly pleasant shipping experience.”

“We were helped by UPS employee, James, today. We had 2 big, heavy boxes that had the same Amazon tracking number. He advised us to get a 2nd tracking number from Amazon so we'd have proof that both boxes arrived. He carried the heavy 2nd box to our vehicle until we can get the 2nd tracking number. We can't say enough good about how helpful he was to us. He probably saved us a lot of money with his advice and help. We can't thank him enough!”

“As someone who has frequented this location several times over the last decade, I felt compelled to share a review after my visit this evening.
The staff is great. You can tell they truly appreciate their ability to help others. While I've had many great interactions, tonight's visit was exceptional.
This location is rather small. Upon walking in, I realized that with over 7 people waiting, it wasn't going to be a quick trip. There was only one person working, but he was quick and efficient. He helped folks print while also helping people ship and claim packages. He was friendly but knew he had a line, nearly out the door, of people to help. He had a solid can do attitude the entire time and provides his undivided attention to each customer he worked with.
Always a great visit at this place and tonight put it all in perspective.”
“DJ did a wonderful job being transparent with me about packaging and pricing to ship my artwork. I did not decide to ship with UPS due to pricing however I did return for packaging. DJ secured my fragile packaging and was very courteous with including me in the process showing me how the packaging was secured. He also was manning the store alone and keeping contact with all customers as well. Great customer service by DJ at this location.”
