“Had to have blood drawn and went here. Had been once before and they were great. Was a slight issue with the doctor's order and Jovina there took care of it. Thea took my blood and these ladies are awesome! Will use this lab every time! Thank you ladies! ?Just had to take my husband there for blood work. Once again these ladies are awesome. In the hospital they had a very hard time finding a vein and had to have someone come in with an ultrasound. Thea found one with no problem and no pain! She and Ebony there always take care of you!”

“I had the best blood draw experience of my life here. I wish I knew the technician’s name, because I truly cannot praise her enough. I have never gotten through a blood draw without fainting and usually require multiple attempts. This technician was phenomenal—only one stick, and it was over incredibly fast. I also waited only about one minute in the waiting room around 2:00 p.m. on a Tuesday.”

“Dianna was extremely helpful and kind. My Fiance had her annual blood work done this afternoon, but she had a very bad reaction and panic attack to the procedure, no fault of Dianna's. Her hands and legs locked up and she started to pass out, but Dianna helped to keep her calm. Got her a cooling pack, elevated her legs and massages her hands until they released. She went above and beyond expectations to make a horrible situation so much better. She even offered up her own lunch, an orange, to get her blood sugar back up. We cannot thank her enough or commend her exceptional service and friendliness enough. Dianna was an absolute rock star!”

“Handy today. Big parking lot across the street behind it. Got there a little before they open (8am,) but you're able to wait inside the building. Nice bench, drinking fountain to hydrate before blood draw, etc. Got right in when they opened, no one else waiting. Easy check-in, friendly staff, distracted me during the stick, painless and quick. Super easy, definitely will keep this in mind for next time (there's always a next time as you get older.)”

“I needed to do a drug screening, for a job I just accepted. I looked at the different choices that the company was giving me, and I chose Columbus Health and Wellness because there was an opportunity to schedule the appointment, guaranteeing that I would get in at a certain time. In addition, I was very pleased to find that there is a way to schedule that appointment online!
On the day of my appointment, I arrived about 15 minutes early. There are plenty of parking spaces, right next to the door. And I was in and out in about five minutes. It did help that I chugged a vitamin water and the rest of my coffee before going in lol.
I want to address something that I’ve seen in the other reviews… That the people were incredibly rude/cold. I think we have to remember what kind of job this is, they have to be incredibly careful with the samples they’re collecting, and not making any mistakes along the way. Instead of seeing it as cold, I saw him as being incredibly efficient!
If you’ve never done a drug screening before, here’s what you should expect:
- they’ll ask for your drivers license as soon as you get there. And the staff will disappear for a little bit while he’s doing paperwork.
- You’re going to a room and sign your initials and the date, and then before heading to the bathroom, they’ll ask you to leave everything in the office. You cannot bring your cell phone, you cannot bring your purse you cannot bring anything with you.
- They’ll hand you a cup, and you’ll given instructions… Pay very close attention to those instructions, because if you do anything differently it will invalidate your test.
- like I mentioned above, it’s very helpful to have been drinking a lot of liquids throughout the day, and then chugging liquids right before you go. Yes water is always the best if you have it available.”

“I have been going to this LabCorp location for years because it is convenient for me. All but one of my visits have gone smoothly. (A former technician almost passed out while she was drawing my blood. Luckily, the other staff stepped in and literally saved the day for her and I. I was later told that LabCorp let go of that person when I summarized what happened at a subsequent visit.)
This location is always clean. The staff have always been professional. The phlebomotists always ask if I prefer a certain arm to get my blood drawn. They keep butterfly needles in stock, because I have slender veins. Getting blood draw is just not fun for me, but this LabCorp location makes it as smooth as possible.”

I didn’t want to wait that long so I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 7am. They called my name a 7:03am, and I was on my way home 10 minutes later. Friendly staff, and I had my test results in less than 24 hours. It was a standard blood panel test so nothing complex.”
