“Rules without feeling like Homeland Security terrorism screening. Friendly staff of professionals. They ask you to sign in, and provide photo ID. A quick copy of that ID and you're next in line. Into an office for some data entry. Drop your personal items into a tray, and head to the restroom. A quick drop, and some initialing, you're on your way with a receipt. I've been to some other places where it was so rigid. Dropping your hands below the waistline could cancel your visit, and not let you back in for 24hrs. Everything was clean and welcoming. They do a greater series of testing than most other places in a nearby proximity. I in fact used them for FMCS(Commercial driver random screen). They did mention that in about 30 days they were moving over to Alum Creek Drive. Bonus for my proximity. I have already let my employer(another state) know that this was a good place to send their transportation employees.”

“Had to have blood drawn and went here. Had been once before and they were great. Was a slight issue with the doctor's order and Jovina there took care of it. Thea took my blood and these ladies are awesome! Will use this lab every time! Thank you ladies! ?Just had to take my husband there for blood work. Once again these ladies are awesome. In the hospital they had a very hard time finding a vein and had to have someone come in with an ultrasound. Thea found one with no problem and no pain! She and Ebony there always take care of you!”

“I was a patient here and the nursing staff + the helpers were all wonderful to me catered to me and my needs vert caring staff.The rooms are roomy and the cleaners clean and mop every day.The food is better than the hospitals and at times better than home cooked.the have plenty of activities to do to help pass time and they have live music at times where u can request a song to her+sing along to and the staff will take and come get u.There is church on Sundays and bible studies throughout the week to keep u right with the MAN..The rehabilitation center has a great staff all certified and knowledgeable can help u heal while your here so if u need rehab or looking 4 a place 4 a loved 1 I recommend New Albany it's a clean and friendly place.Thank you New Albany ,James Todd ?”

“I needed to do a drug screening, for a job I just accepted. I looked at the different choices that the company was giving me, and I chose Columbus Health and Wellness because there was an opportunity to schedule the appointment, guaranteeing that I would get in at a certain time. In addition, I was very pleased to find that there is a way to schedule that appointment online!

On the day of my appointment, I arrived about 15 minutes early. There are plenty of parking spaces, right next to the door. And I was in and out in about five minutes. It did help that I chugged a vitamin water and the rest of my coffee before going in lol.

I want to address something that I’ve seen in the other reviews… That the people were incredibly rude/cold. I think we have to remember what kind of job this is, they have to be incredibly careful with the samples they’re collecting, and not making any mistakes along the way. Instead of seeing it as cold, I saw him as being incredibly efficient!

If you’ve never done a drug screening before, here’s what you should expect:
- they’ll ask for your drivers license as soon as you get there. And the staff will disappear for a little bit while he’s doing paperwork.
- You’re going to a room and sign your initials and the date, and then before heading to the bathroom, they’ll ask you to leave everything in the office. You cannot bring your cell phone, you cannot bring your purse you cannot bring anything with you.
- They’ll hand you a cup, and you’ll given instructions… Pay very close attention to those instructions, because if you do anything differently it will invalidate your test.
- like I mentioned above, it’s very helpful to have been drinking a lot of liquids throughout the day, and then chugging liquids right before you go. Yes water is always the best if you have it available.”

“I have been going to this LabCorp location for years because it is convenient for me. All but one of my visits have gone smoothly. (A former technician almost passed out while she was drawing my blood. Luckily, the other staff stepped in and literally saved the day for her and I. I was later told that LabCorp let go of that person when I summarized what happened at a subsequent visit.)

This location is always clean. The staff have always been professional. The phlebomotists always ask if I prefer a certain arm to get my blood drawn. They keep butterfly needles in stock, because I have slender veins. Getting blood draw is just not fun for me, but this LabCorp location makes it as smooth as possible.”

“Just walked outside and had to give a review. Fantastic! I've been having increased tics due to stress and I have a horrible fear of needles and specifically getting my blood drawn. They were so patient and sweet to me! The two ladies that were there today 9/12 at 4:30 need a raise!”
