The staff is always helpful and friendly! I always find cute clothes that are new or barely worn for a great price! They always have a vast selection of toys and books as well. All OUAC locations offer bags for purchase or you can bring your own bag in.For sellers - this location is only allowing 1 bin/box of items to be dropped off at a time with a few days turn around.

They were super patient while I reassembled a crib and made a fair offer.

Buyer beware! All sales are final! Returns are not accepted on anything sold in the store except clothes and shoes, even within the 7 days and with tags still attached. This isn’t posted on anything in the store that I could see. I purchased a $45 used toy and found new, on sale, at a different store the next day. I went to return the toy less than 24 hours after I purchased it. It still had the tags on it and I had the receipt. I was completely shocked that I could not return it. I knew there was a 7 day window but had no idea that it only pertained to clothes and shoes and everything else are non-returnable. I will never again shop at this store. It was never a great place to shop as the staff is unfriendly at best, and now given this policy it’s an easy decision to never go back. I can recommend shopping anywhere else enough.

Just stop coming they take 7-10 days to buy items now and never have your child's size and over charge almost the same as brand new.

They didn't even fully go through my pile of clothes and when I noticed it was folded the exact same way I sent it, I questioned them if it had been completely gone through. The story I got was that it needed to be freshly laundered and it had a slight "oder" and that's why they probably stopped going through it. The clothes were washed right before they were brought it. My clothes were there for a week when I finally got notified they were ready. They also stack baskets on top of baskets. Telling me the clothes on top aren't "clean" and not even going through the rest when they are sitting underneath other stuff for a week is ridiculous. A waste of my time. Would not recommend.

Hit me with the "I'm busy and don't have time" and misidentified a stroller as a convertible kit that comes with a tray, refused to buy for that reason. If you're spending money I'm sure it's fine, but if you're selling, place kind of sucks

The employees were rude and entitled. As a long term customer who has only purchased items from the store, I decided to sell my gently used items that my child no longer needs. I was instructed that I was to put together the crib in store for them to review. I laughed as I had no idea that was a requirement. I did not bring tools and stated I was not going to do that. The employees were continually rude to me after that and not helpful. I was then i strutted to review their website for the rule to sell and what they were allowed to accept. I did that. There is no information on their website of what they were telling me and what they were refusing to review. I then called them after having reviewed to discuss and express my concern over how I was treated to be met with more rudeness and having my character as a person barrated. I will never shop or seek anything here again.

They decide what day they take stuff and don’t. It’s rude and causes a lot of inconvenience.

The problem that I live in the area and has no other location but from now i will drive a little farther to give the new toys and items to other location. It is not make sense that most of employees in this location are nice and cooperating except one and for my bad luck I should see or talk to her most of the days I go there. She is rude and as she doesn't want to talk or work has short white hairand liar because two times she told me something and when I come back to drop off the same items and clothes her colleages were more cooperating and talk nicely and take them.and when i know her name i will edit the review because her behavior is so unprofessional

$15 for $300 worth of clothes from CARTERS.. tags still on the clothes. Knowing y’all are going to sell the clothes for way more than that . Stop being cheap . If it wasn’t for us bringing stuff in , y’all wouldn’t have a business. The one in grovecity offered me $20 and y’all offered me only $15 ?.

Never again. Over the last 12 years we’ve tried to use this place at least a dozen times and every single time we somehow leave angry. Either the attitude we get, the surprise wait times and restrictions, the pennies they offer, or something new. It’s always someone’s fault or a new reason why things are difficult, but the result stays the same every time.Buying is one thing, but the prices are no better than buying new clothes on sale. Selling is a nightmare and consistent disappointment.

Four Stars based on the fact that if you have a smaller child in a stroller it’s a pain in the butt just to enter the store. First off you’ll have to walk down towards Kroger before there’s a drop off to push the stroller up onto the sidewalk and the doors to enter once upon a child are not automatic. And when trying to hold the door open and push your stroller - do no expect help from the associates there.

Been to other locations but not this one. Same setup: sell your stuff, get decent used stuff. Mostly clothes, some toys, some equipment like baby gates I think. Today we sold some baby clothes. Easy process. Probably not much money, but at least someone else can get some use out of them. Convenient location between Kroger and Piada (map took me to the other end of the mall.)
