I placed an order for three items on 10/10/25. Two items were received 10/24, the third item has yet to come. I contacted support in early Dec and was told the delay was due to a warehouse issue and they could not tell me when it would ship. I’ve contacted them twice more since then and have not gotten any response.

Beware of ordering anything from this brand, it’s a big scam, no customer support, no response even after paying after for return insurance.
