“Holy SMOKES this is one of the best Dollar Trees I’ve ever been in. I’ve worked for 2 in different locations and I’m very impressed by this one. Very clean, stocked, organized and staff was fantastic. The best part? Self scanners!!! You scan your own purchase. Very effective I’d say. They have what looks like 2 regular registers if needed but I’m very impressed. Those self scans are what’s allowed the staff to work their stock and keep the place clean and organized. “have only been to this location twice, but both experiences left a lasting impression thanks to Lena.
On my last visit, I was searching for a particular product that seemed impossible to find. It was either low in stock or completely sold out at most locations. Lena took the time to help me and was able to track it down when no one else could.
More recently, I called the store in search of yet another hard-to-find product. Once again, inventory was limited everywhere, and I was having no luck finding it. Lena came to the rescue yet again. She went above and beyond to help me locate exactly what I needed.
Lena is truly a superwoman. She is incredibly sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, she stands out in the best possible way. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and treated me with kindness and enthusiasm every step of the way.
Employees like Lena are rare, and she is a huge asset to this store. I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding service and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much, Lena—you made all the difference!”
“How can you complain about dollar tree. This store here the employees are always nice the store is usually stocked fairly well. It is not trashy on the inside at all. I think it is the best place to take your kids your grandkids too and they can buy their things with their money and it's a great place to teach him how to spend and budget love this place”

“The cute short woman that always wears a bandana or band in her hair is a dope employee and fun to interact with. Yall should pay her more cause people definitely come in just for her. They could go anywhere for some convenience items but they wanna flirt with her. I dont blame them.
Place was crowded but clean lots of stuff was always out of stock so some of the shelves were constantly barren but thats just how it is with places like Family Dollar.
Minus one star for no public restroom.”
“There have only been a few dollar trees that I've been in that I disliked. This one I liked. 😃 The people working were helpful when I couldn't find a couple of items. It would have been five stars if it were a little cleaner, more organized and many of the shelves were missing too many items. All in all, the helpfulness and smiles from the employees had me thanking them and wishing them a good evening. 😁”
“I always have the best experience with the employees here. They are so kind and personable. I actually needed a box today for a game I need to do for school. They actually stop what they were doing and found me a box. Whether, it's 10 minutes to close or right when they're open they are always so friendly. I will always choose to come here.”
“Legit saw a tiny bird fluttering around in the store which made me look around to see if anyone else was seeing what I was seeing. At first I was slightly appalled but looking back on it (less than 12 hours later) I think it somehow may have enhanced the overall experience, made me feel like I was in a fun, inexpensive pet store or something? They also sell tons of different kinds of greeting cards for just about any occasion you can think of for way less than half the price of anywhere else??”

“I was genuinely surprised to see this level of design decor at Dollar General. The displays looked far more styled and elevated than I would normally expect here. The colors felt soft and coordinated, the pieces looked thoughtfully selected, and the overall setup had a polished seasonal look that really stood out.
What impressed me most was that it did not come across as cheap or thrown together. Several of the items looked like pieces you could easily mix into your home without them feeling overly budget or overly themed. Strong visual presentation, cute details, and a much better design impression than expected from DG.”
“Unlike other Family Dollar locations, this location seems much more like a calm, clean and well organized Family Dollar store. The staff at this location appear to be hand picked and far exceed the other locations in this vicinity and beyond. Irs an excellent location to visit and definitely my favorite Family Dollar.”

“I loved this place. They normally have cold fruits and vegetables. The last two times I've been here they did not have any in stock. This was disappointing. They do have other nice things in stock. I really like their lil potatoes and they have bananas and onions and garlic... meats cold-cuts hot dogs eggs milk cheese frozen pizza microwave meals and so much more. The convenience of being able to get these things from here rather than having to drive 30 mi to the nearest grocery store is very refreshing. They also have toys, clothing electronic stuff a little bit of everything.”

Clean, well stocked and the aisles aren't cluttered with boxes of goods to stock.
Cashier (Trish) greeted everyone as they entered the store and was available to help. When checking out, Trish also interacted and held a pleasant conversation with me .

“Way better than the 415 location down the street. The manager is so nice and all the employees are super helpful. I'd much rather shop here than the newer dollar general down the street. That place is wack. They close down weird hours and the employees are rude. This location is way better”

“Iove this location and shop there regularly. The manager, Stephanie and the staff are always very helpful and they work hard to stock the seemingly daily deliveries. There is one person who I'm always happy to see, Jamia(?) She always puts a smile on my face. Modeling the holiday headbands, singing to whatever music is playing, even getting customers in the spirit. In the competitive world of "dollar" stores, this one stands out.”

It was the giant sized Windex they sell. Needless to say I was quite pleased the two girls working at the counter were very nice and the store wasn't as filthy as usual. “Disability Review: All right so I pulled up on a weeknight. There was literally no other cars for customers by the time I began to get out the car, which may take a while, There was about six cars that pulled up all together and since then I have noticed well when I got back in my car there was signs that it had been entered and since then I have noticed some things have come up missing. So just be careful this is a dark area. I don't know how or why that happened but it did. And this annoying message that they have to play in the stores regarding their monitoring of their customers is rather offensive considering these social demographic of the people who shop at the store or are forced to shop at the store because no other good stores are around. So the employee experience was great. The store was clean. It was neat. It was just that mobbing that went on in the parking lot that kind of puts you on edge. So this is just for people who have anxiety issues or disabilities. Not night time for this particular store than just be very careful. It's weird how all these stores have cameras, but the cameras are never positioned so that you can see your own car. They're only position for the benefit of the store in the employees but never for the benefit of the customers safety. Honestly, the whole area is sketchy. When you go down to the Huntington Bank, there's cars just sitting there, hanging out on the bank parking lot in view of capturing your PIN number. Be careful at night in this entire area up to the casino and everywhere around there.”
