“I had a truly phenomenal experience working with this company and specifically with Christian, the owner. I was tasked with organizing a bachelorette party and needed embroidery and engraving services done at the last minute. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to get everything done on time, but Christian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was completed on time and to my exact specifications.Not only was Christian very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, but he was also extremely patient with me as I made changes to the design and layout of the personalized items. He truly took the time to understand my vision and helped me to create beautiful, high-quality products that my friends absolutely loved.The quality of the work itself was exceptional, with every detail meticulously crafted to perfection. From the embroidery on the tote bags to the engraving on the wine glasses, everything was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning. I couldn't have been more pleased with the final results.Overall, I cannot recommend this company and Christian enough for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make my friends bachelorette party a success, and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any embroidery or engraving needs along eith looking into the other services that can be provided.”

I have used other companies, and they are fine, and Staples is my go-to for quick and simple printing and binding.The staff is always incredibly helpful and patient, even when they are have liiiinnnees of folks. And the number of times they have taken the time to review my document and call or ask questions just to check if they think there is something I didn't intend (orientation; black and white versus color printing) is beyond awesome. They could always just take the order and leave the consequences of any of my mistakes on me.I appreciate that above and beyond, and want to say thanks!”

It hard to find good customer service these days but Josh and Keon are a great example of how customer service is done. Both greeted me with a smile on their faces when I walked in . “This company is not a distributor or retailer of stock or moving boxes so you cannot get one, two, or ten boxes. They are a manufacturer of custom sized and designed boxes. They don't sell one, two, or ten boxes. They have minimum quantities since they have to make them to order. They are one of the best box designers/manufacturers in Ohio. Please don't confuse them with stores like UPS or Blue Box. If you have a new product and need a great box design, then call Buckeye Boxes.”

“Had a package that fell off tracking after arriving to the warehouse. I was getting nowhere with the customer service call line for UPS. It was a time sensitive package with live rare plants so I decided to call the warehouse. The gentleman who answered was real nice when I explained the situation. He did direct me back to the call line but later that day my package showed back up on the tracker and was delivered. Thankfully my plants are salvagable. The delivery diver was terribly sweet as well. Really thankful for these kind folks. Lost packages happen and if it weren't live plants it wouldnt have been a big deal to me. I know they are doing a lot so it was nice of them to take time out of their day to find me my package. Thank you.”
“I went to send a package back to a ebay seller. They took care of me immediately but didn't have package tape to secure the package to their satisfaction. It's like buying a meal at a restaurant but it's bring your own dishes”
“I have been using store #0257 to fulfill print orders and shipping for my company since January 2023. I have never had an issue with the print job and the orders have always arrived on time. This is an amazing feat because I am located in North Carolina, so I am unable to inspect their work personally before it gets shipped. I refuse to use a local FedEx because of the ease of working with Tammy Dunn. Tammy and her team always provide patience in ordering, the quickest service, and they ensure the quality of the product. Thank you for providing the absolute best customer service for years.”
“4/11/25 had a fcfs delivery 8am -12pm got here security says this load wasn’t scheduled for today . So walked in office , person at desk made a phone call and they unloaded me . In and out 1.5 hrs idk what all the fuss about this place and there plenty of room to maneuver and back in”

“Arrived early on an 8am appointment and was immediately put into a door to unload. I was there at most 30 minutes before I got my paperwork and was on the road again. There is plenty of room to negotiate backing in although it would be nice if more doors had painted lines.”
