Pet Supplies Plus Garfield Heights is a clean store with a wide selection of natural and USA-made products, including food and animal products that are always stocked. It offers very convenient services like in-store shopping, free curbside pickup, same-day delivery, and an auto-ship program. Prices are decent, especially with membership coupons and point redemptions that help offset costs. The store has experienced a big staff turnover and frequent manager changes recently, though some new staff are known. Customer service is consistently described as great, with employees being very nice, professional, honest, and patient. They provide detailed knowledge and helpful tips, going above to accommodate customers, such as those with very picky pets. The pet groomer area is clean, and the groomer offered helpful advice. Overall, many customers report always having a pleasant experience and have never had a bad one, shopping there for many years.
Nice, clean local pet store with everything you need for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, and other small pets. The prices are competitive and the store personnel are friendly. They also have full service grooming and self service dog bath. My go to for my pets needs.
