“The first time I had gone to fed ex to print some invitations it turned out to be a disaster. I had used the self service printers in the front and the ink was of extremely poor quality, ruining the invitations.
This time I went to the desk and I’m so glad I did! It was at the desk where I met Will. Will was so patient with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He is the reason the invitations were so successful. He was able to take my pdf from my USB and provide pristine quality on shimmer heavy weight paper. “Always helpful, but things seem to move a little slow. Other UPS stores have self tag/ship kiosks and I'm wondering if they should add that to make it faster for people to get out with their Amazon returns.
