Always helpful, but things seem to move a little slow. Other UPS stores have self tag/ship kiosks and I'm wondering if they should add that to make it faster for people to get out with their Amazon returns.

Petty on fees. I have been going there for all my shipping, but they’ve suddenly gotten very petty - I went in with 3 boxes, 1 needed two ends taped. They really couldn’t just have let me tape the two ends with 6” of tape? They really had to charge me a “taping fee” of $2.00? Are times really that hard, and service, courteousness that low a priority they have to try and rip you off for every last cent? I won’t be back, and don’t recommend it for anyone who doesn’t enter with any assumption they’ll be helpful in nature. Petty and pathetic our world is heading in this direction.

I frequent this location for my Amazon returns. I didn't catch his name when I was there Sunday 5/4, he he was very helpful and courteous. I run across him often and he's always been nice and has much patience. Both young men were helpful. Thank you for helping a bit frazzled woman.

Instantly greeted when I walked up to the desk. The staff was pleasant. Package arrived on time.

Instead of simply telling me they were closing and I should come back, the staff initially helped with my boxes. However, when I was pulling up the QR code, Banu*, an Indian gentleman, mumbled something with an attitude. When I inquired, he responded that they were closing, but his tone was dismissive. I then politely asked if he could help me return the boxes to my car since I was obviously not welcome there, and the minute it would take to confirm my package was too much to bear. He repeatedly told me they were closing and even said I was wasting his time, while Karen* remained silent. I asked again for help, hoping to signal that his attitude was unwarranted and I would rather leave. He continued being rude, which I audibly pointed out.
His attitude was combative and aggressive. UPS’ customer service has really declined. It would have been much easier if he had simply told me they were closed, and I could’ve come back another day.
*Not sure if he gave me his actual name.
