“Dr Jay is incredibly kind & knowledgeable & takes all the time needed to take care of your pup. Never rushes through anything & makes sure to thoroughly explain everything. Has a sense of humor to keep even the more difficult visits lighthearted. After our one dogs passed away he found out through the oncologist and he sent us a sympathy card in the mail. That was very touching & thoughtful. I would recommend bringing your dog here 100/100 times. Very very fair pricing too & appointments can typically be made without needing to wait long.”

“The people here are so kind and knowledgeable. Every issue I have brought to them with my pitbull, they can easily diagnose it (sometimes via email) and give me the solution to remedy it. Drs. Nicholl, Dr. Alex, and Dory are such wonderful veterinarian professionals and are so tolerant of my hyper-licking, clingy boy and so in love with my biscuit-making, purring cat. I cannot imagine putting my dog and cat (and all future animals) in better hands than Tremont Clinic. Tucker and Honeybee love you all so much! The clinic's text feature on their app has come in handy. I was able to text them immediately when Tucker got injured, and they advised me on how to proceed and when to schedule an appointment with them based on symptoms.”
“My cat received excellent major dental surgery at Just Cats. The vet provided a calming med for our cat before coming into the procedure, and Laurel, the surgeon, was wonderful, experienced, and caring. She even provided a phone number for questions during non-office hours. The cat is recovering nicely, and I appreciate all the awesome help and attention our cat received from the staff.”
“Paws Play-CLE is the best home away from home! I have had to go to Cleveland Clinic a couple of times (traveling from Indiana) and Max & Alayna’s Paws Play has enabled me to bring my Yorkie with me. I hated the idea of boarding him. We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????”

“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. I recommend this place for anyone with a pet they care about...this is juju”

“We boarded our dog Gus for a six-day stay with the B&B Pet Resort last week. The staff went out of their way to take care of him. He is a Shepherd/Husky mix that gets very nervous around strangers, so this was not an easy proposition. The staff tries real hard to make him comfortable (especially when he decides to go on one of his starvation diets!) and my wife and I greatly appreciate the attention given to him. We highly recommend them and plan to board him there for our next vacation and for all of our future needs. Thanks to all the staff again!!!”

“I'm grateful for Gateway! The staff is friendly, and tremendously helpful. My last visit with one of my pups cemented them as our sole provider for both of our dogs. Our oldest Killjoi was suffering from skin irritations & Hot spots. Dr. Christine (whom i adore!!!) communicated with me in a way I just genuinely appreciated, she laid out a plan, and provided options to help resolve his issues not just at the moment, but going forward and provided info for what to look out for in the future to avoid flare ups. I learned so much about him in Dr Christine and I's short but thorough convo. Honestly I wanted to give them 4 stars, ONLY and SOLELY because I can't make advanced appointments and maximizing my time is BIG for me as a small business owner. HOWEVER their new system for accepting appointments every day is pretty sufficient and it was a REALLY smooth check-in process. Once I arrived, we practically walked right in to see the Doc. What used to be a day long experience was max an hour long. Again, I'm grateful for gateway! If you're looking for a clinic to care for & about your furry friend and be cost efficient, they're it!”
“No other veterinary office compares. For the past several years they provided the most compassionate care for my sweet senior Yorkshire terrier. After relocating, we were more than happy to drive over an hour to see Dr. Perdue and her loving staff. They always made our pup (and us) feel like family. I cannot recommend them enough.”
“I consider Dr Kelly and her team to be family, they are so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I feel like a part of my dog's care and not just doing what they tell you, they make sure that I understand options and explain everything. “I've been taking my anxious dog to them for roughly 12 years. They staff is, for the most part, super friendly and quick to service you whether it's on the phone or in person. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I just have two complaints. 1) the website and the answering machine have different versions of what their open hours are and they don't respond to emails/messages on their site or to voicemails that are left 2) while the vets are always nice and clearly care about your pet, the turnover rate is crazy and you're never informed about any changes. You show up and suddenly have a new vet.”
“A place and a vet that truly cares about cats and puts them first. My cat Winnie has been boarding here anytime me or my family needs to go abroad and I only trust Amy with my cat! I can tell she’s well taken care of and Amy genuinely took the time to know my cats personality and likes/dislikes. Winnie is not a people person, but she loves Amy. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartels! We started bringing our chow chow Kirby for grooming there after a terrible and traumatizing experience at her old groomer. Laura is kind, attentive, and so talented. She calls me with updates and makes Kirby feel so comfortable. Now both our dogs will always go here for vetting AND boarding! We boarded them here for the first time this weekend while we were occupied with our wedding. After explaining how nervous I was leaving them due to a previous freak accident that led to our bull terrier Baylor going missing for two weeks, the staff made sure we received text and picture updates multiple times a day to calm my nerves. Josh spent some extra time getting to know Baylor which was beyond sweet. Usually our pups can’t wait to come home after a weekend away from us, but this time I think they wanted to stay and hangout with their new friends! “Yes, this place is pricey. However, it is worth it. I will be for sure be coming back here whenever I can. Staff was very nice and also friendly. They were also very helpful. Dr. Litwak took care of my cat and he was very pleasant, along with his assistant. One last thing, they were very gentle with my cat and did everything in front of me! :)”
