“Such a fun place! Flowers are beautiful! We came to see a band with some friends and had a great experience! It was PACKED but somehow, the staff made you feel like you were their only visitor! The food was fantastic! And Rick?! How cold you not love Rick?! He’s THE BEST! We will definitely be back!”
“Chagrin Pet and Garden is an effective source of outdoor equipment. Great selection, competitively priced, but, most importantly, the representatives are knowledgable, cordial, informative. A pleasure.”
“Amazing selection of hanging baskets. Staff was warm and inviting as soon as I hit the door. Help getting my hanging basket was prompt and engaging. All of their baskets are nice and full! I even received a quick educational summary on the Begonia plant I chose. I will definitely start buying my baskets/flowers from there. I also happened in during their 50% off all plants sale! #nicestaff + #plants are = #WinWin. Stop in for yourself! Blessings.”
“Louise is absolutely incredible and talented at what she does! Her and her team hosted my bridal shower at the greenhouse as well as did all the flower arrangements for our wedding reception and everything was absolute perfection. I gave her some inspo/vision pictures and she went above and beyond to make my vision possible if not better. HIGHLY recommend!”
“I’ve dropped by a few times and staff have always been so helpful and so kind. They have so many gorgeous plants - not just flowers! - and their prices are really good. Absolutely love this place!”
“Huge shoutout to my weekly landscape crew! 🌿 Six acres of lawn, and every week it comes out absolutely pristine. There's nothing better than kicking off your shoes and walking on that lush green carpet. Special thanks to Dave Hlad for his kindness and the hard work he puts into fertilizing—your dedication really shows! Grateful for hardworking team who take pride in what they do! Thanks for keeping us looking sharp 💚
If you're looking for top-tier lawn care, these guys are the real deal.”
“This is the best garden center in Ohio. They have a huge selection and great customer service! They also guarantee certain scrubs and trees. Wear comfortable shoes because you will walk around to see everything. They will take you on a golf cart if you can't walk very far.”
“Had a wonderful staff person help us find everything we needed. They're selection of hanging baskets is massive and vary in prices to fit your budget. Picked up a few water fountains, planter pots and artificial trees that look so realistic. They have the cutest gift ideas and displays to help visualize your yard and garden and patio. Bring the kiddos for their educational toy section where you'll find plush stuffed animals, experiment, and unique toys. They frequently have great deals, so it's good to visit often. Make sure you grab a cart, because there's plenty to find here!”
“Of course my wife took me to this place by force but when I got there they had so many beautiful plants that I bought one. The place really does have a great selection and I enjoyed the experience”
“One of my favorite places. If you like plants - hydrangeas, evergreens, and Japanese maples, this is absolutely THE place. So friendly and helpful. Fairly priced. So many varieties!! But I'll confess, sometimes I come just to walk around and look at all the plants!!”
“The absolute best landscape design company in NE Ohio! We’ve used Joanne and Peter to totally transform our yard over the last 4 years and what they’re able to accomplish is absolutely astonishing. So grateful for having them build out our oasis!”
“The gentleman that helped us was so kind and helpful. This place has been renovated nicely and inside has many items other than plants. It would be a great place to stop and pick up gifts.”

“I love the staff here. They are always helpful. I am able to find what I need quickly and easily. The reason for my one star deduction. The lack of cashiers. I went two days in a row. And both days had about 20 people in line. Took about 15-20 mins to check out. But the rest of the business is spot on. I will keep coming back.”

“The clerk was helpful helping us find the flap part we needed for a toilet. We looked at ladders. They have a variety at all weights and prices. Only the aluminum style had the fold down tray on top. That's what we got. We like the self check out. Clean store.”
“Hard to find assistance sometimes. Most of the staff members are knowledgeable.
This time, they had everything I needed.
Yay.
Okay... convenient close to home.”
“It was very easy to plan a move with the truck rental program. You get unlimited moving miles when you book with Penske through home Depot. The staff was very accommodating and friendly too. Great for a cross state move”
“Home Depot is a great store for what it is, this location is a little dicey. The parking lot needs some work, restocking and organizing items seems to be optional and as far as employees go, they are either in need of more or the ones they do have a really good at hide and seek.”
“Tamika was the cashier who went above and beyond her needed duties. Not only helping me over the phone with refund information but making the process smoother when I went to the store!”

“They were very helpful and easy to work with. They helped me pick out just the right tree. It was ready for me to pick up when I arrived as planned. They helped load it and made sure it was ready for the ride home. Very happy customer. THANK YOU! 😊👍”
