“The ratings of this post office speaks for itself.
Generally, I am disappointed with the Chagrin Falls, Ohio post office. Usually, I engage with some pretty nasty people who really don’t care about helping you.
However, today I was greeted by an employee named Mohammed. He was a breath of fresh of fresh air. He took care of my issue with a smile and professionalism. Can he please manage the whole operation? If not, give him a raise and learn by his example! Thank you. Sal Lazuka”
“I have had postal worker Monique on a couple visits. The first time I recall was to purchase stamps. She has great customer service skills. I meant to write a review back then. Today, I had to ship a package to Canada and she walked me through the customs papers. I went around 9a and there was no line. Perfect timing.
I drop off all my mail to this post office, and receive all my mail at my home. Only 1x, in 5 years I have lived here, has there ever been a late delivery of my mail. I appreciate the postal workers who work in all kinds of weather.”

“Chose the Newbury US Post Office bc of the comments about friendly service. Had 13 boxes to send hither and yon so knew would need that kindness and patience. Shortly after arriving 2 other customers arrived. Jamie and Teresita coordinated effortlessly to take care of everyone with speed and a smile. This will definitely be our go to USPS from now on! “I came to the US, and I needed to post two Items, so I went to this post ? office. They have a beautiful space with lots of parking spaces, and the location is easily accessible. Their customer service is excellent, and they are professional. The lady who attended to me was sweet, friendly, and soft-spoken. I was captivated and endeared to her unusual calmness, sense of humour and joyous spirit. Please go to the post office; her demeanour is therapeutic and comforting.”
“When I had a package delivered to my previous address the carrier put it into the forwarding system and sent it on to me before I even inquired. The staff let me know as soon as they were aware. Great service! Thank you!”
“My mailman is the best mailman ever he's so respectable he tries to meet our needs always communicating when we ask him a question he helps me to find out or tell me what I need To do about situations. When I needed to go out of town he told me I can put my mail on hold. When he is gone I know because he does his job regardless how These ignorant people in my building act he still does his job right the other ones they do whatever don't close the mailbox leave them all standing open mail everywhere I'm glad he don't take it out on the rest of us that do appreciate him because he could do that but he don't. I've been in this building about 10 years and he's been my mailman maybe half of them I don't know but I do know that he's been the same no I don't like in a girlfriend boyfriend way I'm old enough almost to be his mother my son is 40 I'm not just saying this I mean every word I said he is nice and handsome though he's always clean smell good his appearance is professional I'm retired and disabled he will help me if I need it he's one of y'all good ones give him a raise he deserve it working in my building bluestone building B I thank God for him”

“A merchant had the wrong address on my package and it was out for delivery. The gentleman Ron that answered was so helpful. He called the carrier and had him hold the package. He called and told me when it was there and I informed me that it was waiting to be picked up. When I arrived the ladies at the counter were also very pleasant. I am so grateful because people aren’t honest these days and it’s not safe to just go to their door. Thank you so much for making it such a smooth process because I was panicking.”
“09/28/23 ...I live in one of the apartments on Lakeshore Blvd. I've been unable to leave my apartment since 09/15 due to mobility issues.
