“My elderly mother has lived at the Courtyard Apartments for two years now, I visit her everyday and I have noticed first hand on how superb the management deals with every aspect of managing this apartment complex. The summer, landscaping is kept up and looks very nice. The winter, sidewalks and parking lots are plowed and shoveled. The Manager that manages this apartment complex is very caring to all residents and the manager is available to all residents at all times. My mother locked herself out of her apartment, within minutes the manager (on her day off) came to my mother's apartment so that mom was not outside in the inclement weather. Another time my mother's fire alarm was going off, the manager arrived in minutes to turn the alarm off and to replace the alarm with a new one. This manager keeps no resident(s) waiting on any matters. This apartment complex is a very nice place to live, the residents are all courteous people. The manager does a wonderful job with the property and with being there to assist for any reason for any of the residents and for the visitors who come to visit residents.”
