“First time living completely on my own and I love it here! My 1-bedroom apartment is the perfect size for me, and being on the second floor has vaulted ceilings in the living room/kitchen, which is a nice added bonus! Garage for my car as well as washer/dryer hookups in bathroom closet, which are two major amenities I was seeking when apartment hunting. Unit appears to have been renovated in the last few years, too, and was very clean upon move-in. Kathy is wonderful, very approachable and made the entire moving process smooth! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m thrilled to call Lakeside Villas my new home!

Right now the only issue I have is the door between my bedroom and HVAC closet is missing, Kathy said because it’s a special kind of door as it isn’t a standard size, the replacement is on back order from the supplier, but as soon as they are able to get a replacement door this issue will be addressed. Personally I don’t mind it, aside from the noise when the furnace is running, but it doesn’t really bother me even when I’m sleeping. I had a few minor issues after moving in (toilet leaking and garbage disposal quit) which I reported to Kathy and were addressed the next day. Also my neighbors I’ve met so far have been extremely welcoming, so no complaints there!

“I loved living there only moved because we purchased our own home. Property Managers are very nice. The maintance was awesome if you call them and let them know what is wrong they are right on it . Very nice apts. very clean and up to date, I have no complaints. Would highly recommand checking it out if you are looking to somewhere really nice.”
