“I was almost a victim of a scam. I tried to screen shot all the details to my banks fraud department but could not do it on my phone. I stopped in to the Verizon Store in Saybrook. The wonderful representative Jessica, not only helped me, (not I'm sure part of her job), but also did the screen shots and sent all the info to my bank. I am pretty phone savvy, but Jessica went way beyond my abilities right then & took a big effort right off my mind. I am a Verizon customer and have been for a long time. This effort on Jessica's part is why I will always be a customer. If you want a down to earth person to help you with your cell phone needs, I highly recommend Jessica at their Saybrook store!

“I have used this store for all my phone needs with Verizon since they opened this location. Today, Ean helped my mom and I both upgrade our phones (hers being an older android) to iPhone. He was extremely knowledgeable and SO patient when transferring everything to our new phones; went over all the necessary terms/conditions and let us know about all of the possible options for what we needed. Couldn’t recommend him and this store more!! Brodie was the other associate working and answered all the extra questions we had about other miscellaneous store items, he is amazing as well!!!”
“This T Mobile was a good T mobile store. Better than some of the other ones I have been too. Fast service and good sales team. We did have an issue that one phone wasn't activated correctly at time of purchase but they were more than helpful to solve the issue.”
