They did great. Helped me switch carriers and made sure I was receiving the programs I was eligible for. 10 out of 10 hands down I will drive the 30 min to deal with them direct

Nate took time to determine that the trouble I experienced is not a Tmobile issue but a SIM card problem instead. He performed thorough diagnostics, switched the SIM card, and was delightful to deal with. I’m glad I left Verizon two years ago!
