Would give zero stars if I could. Working with their service team is a nightmare. Last June, my EcoSports engine failed because of the recall. At first this dealership gave me no issues but after having no updates from them for 2.5 months, they called and said they fixed my car. When I went to pick up my car that August, they were pissy when I asked questions about what they did and about the warranty. Fast forward to November 2024, the check engine light comes on. Mind you they replaced the whole engine and should have checked all the parts. But with the check engine light, they quoted me a grand to fix the thermostat. Ever since then the check engine light comes on frequently. My final straw was this past Tuesday with Todd called to let me know that the parts were in and that he could get me scheduled. I gave him a couple dates and he flat out told me that he had no time to wait on me to check and that he wasn't going to schedule me for next week either. He kept mentioning that he had 40 other people waiting on parts too so that he would call me back. I couldn't even get a word in either. I was so furious that I called another dealership further away and they got me scheduled right away! Avoid Ford Genoa at all costs! They don't care for their customers. Especially if you are female!!

Great experience with Baumann Ford Genoa. Brian Gentry listened to our needs and found several options for us. He was able to get a couple of cars from other baumann lots for us on short notice and even offered to have them dropped off at our house. No pressure from Brian at all and RJ was great answering all of our questions and walking thorough options for us as we signed paperwork.
