“Great store overall with all kinds of cool items. Staff are amazing, too. My only word of advice is watch the grocery prices. Most of the prices in the store are fantastic - groceries not so much. My box of k cups was literally 2/3 the price on Amazon when I went home and checked. I’ve noticed this at other Big Lots stores as well.”

“Great store for bargains! The store was messy but employees were working hard on that. Friendly cashier and bagger, answered my questions about signing up for rewards. The bathroom is small but adequate. Awesome deals on a large variety of items. Not your usual bargain store.”

“Been coming here since I moved here back in late 2022 and never had a bad interaction here. They always have what I'm coming for so I've never had to substitute anything. My only complaint is on behalf of the employees. Yall need to take it easy on them if they are short staffed. I seen a sign one day saying they had to close earlier because they had been sent 2 trucks of deliveries with little to no help because of them being short staffed. I'm not sure as to why they are short staffed as I've not worked there before but corporate or who ever runs this establishment needs to take it easy on this store”
“This is, by far, the best dollar general around. I typically go out of my way to come here. The staff is always hustling, keeping stock on the shelves and turning stuff over from season to season. They are also very helpful. I feel as though, they do not get enough recognition. Especially in a world where you can't find people to work, let alone, GOOD EMPLOYEES. This dollar general can have all my money. And give those people a raise!”
“Best store in the area. The other 2 not so much. The staff here are always super friendly to everyone, tidy and cleaner than the other 2. But they can only do so much with the allowed staff. The company itself overworks and underpays it's employees. Can't blame the staff fully, for the conditions of the stores. The company should be ashamed.I only stop at DG when I'm not feeling great(Lupus) and know what I need is there, because it's close.”
“The wonderful young lady WORKING BY HERSELF today on farthers day needs to get a raise or they need to get her some help up here, even with working alone she still helps everyone quick AND NICELY, unlike other employees I've dealt with, she deserves a raise or promotion.”
“This store is great for the bang of buck. Always willing to help you find something and Kimmy is very patient when it comes to….. “interesting people”. From reading glasses to basic necessities and they also take SNAP EBD for purchases.”
“My enire family is being supported by this company. My mom is a gm my grandma and my daughter unlaw work there my cousin was a manager a couple BMs was employed there somewhere in the area and we shop there regularly Miamisburg and Lebanon are the best storses to go to”

“Recently shopped in this location. It seems like a smaller location then others. They didn't seem to have as big of selection as other locations. Did have a decent amount of items. The cashier was friendly. Would definitely return but may pick a larger location if available.”

“The cashier was really nice. She was really patient with me and her and another cashier that was there on her day off just shopping, taught me how to use the app! I highly recommend using the app it really user friendly, super easy to use the digital coupons and you WILL save alot of money. I was getting a box of tampons that was $3.50, I used the 2 dollar off digital coupon plus the save 50 cents sticker coupon on the box and got them for $1.25 after tax! I was happy :)”
“The customer service here is outstanding- even though CVS is the cheapest under my plan- I will only use drug mart going forward.
When CVS in Middletown auto-texted me they did not have my Rx of antibiotics to fill for my toddler, and then never called me back after leaving a vm (no one answers the phone at this location) the Drs office suggested transferring my Rx to drug mart. When I got there to pick it up, the Drs office had already closed and drug mart did not have it in stock either. The Pharmacist Donald was extremely helpful explaining the suspension was odd and he couldn’t find it at any drug mart and even tried calling Kroger for me. He recommended paging Dr on call from the practice who wrote the Rx. After a callback he spoke directly to the NP and took the Rx over the phone and filled it right then and there. This was all after his shift was over. They also filled my other Rx for eardrops, but because CVS had filled it, They had to charge me retail. He explained that if I could get CVS to back out of the Rx, I could call in and get the Rx price which was a $90 refund.”

“I used to work at this DG when my oldest son was 1. He's 8 now.. but.. I'll never forget Becky, Marc and that sweet old man ❤️ Idk why I can't remember his name rn ? It will come to me later.. anyway. They are all wonderful people/managers! Definitely best job I ever had. They made me feel like family, they were clean and great bosses. ❤️ Idk if they still work there.. but that was the best DG ever fr. I miss my DG family. Idk if they will ever even see this comment but I hope their doing well ?”
“In and out like usual love it 2gl.gas can $18 and some change didn't make me happy but I spent more than I wanted to on it but I looked around and saw that all 2gl.can are about the same price”
“Very friendly staff, except the manager! Constantly either accusing people of stealing or telling everyone she knows about the people she's caught stealing.The store has become a disorganized mess!! Aisles are blocked by things that hasn't been put away.”
“I've been going here for a few years and they have always been stocked with the things I need. Sometimes with things I do not need also. For a person living from pay check to pay check I truly appreciate that place. The staff are somewhat friendly but they are usually busy to the point I dont lnow if I could be so friendly myself at times. But love the store and I will continue to go there as long as they are open.”
