“I really enjoyed the buying experience at Mattress Innovations. I came in needing a queen bed/box springs and rails. The first question was…what is this purchase for….master bedroom?…spare bedroom? These guys are about matching up your need with the right product, not selling me the product they think they can make the biggest profit. Locally, family-owned, products built in the USA, quality materials and a business built on integrity….man…like a business should be run. So darn refreshing! I have shopped here multiple times and will definitely be going back again. (Oh…btw…still have the first beds I bought from them years ago…quality)”

“My mom had a chair and ottoman in her family for over 90 years. We took it to Edwards for reupholstering and met Sue. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We picked out a fun and bright pattern and it turned out beautifully! Edwards even polished up the original wood legs, making them shine. I couldn’t be more happy about my chair and ottoman.”
“We walked in wanting to look at mattresses not knowing they have a machine that recommends them for you. Spending a few minutes doing that and going straight to those mattresses is a time saver and I would say was a great match for what I felt was most comfortable. We were able to see different price ranges to choose which we wanted as well!”
“I had purchased a la z boy recliner in 2017 it was made of particle board. Needless to say it didn’t hold up it fell apart. I tried to fix it in vain but, alas it was not working. I refused to buy another recliner made of particle board trash. Upon my shopping experience most of the furniture is made of particle board. Brands that were quality when i was growing up are no longer that way. I stumbled across this place and it’s a family run business. I expressed my concerns and they showed me a recliner made with actual wood, metal and quality built. It was 100 dollars more than the lazy boy. I ordered what i wanted and we will see. The recliner is solidly built and should last quite a long time made in indiana. Go here and look before you buy anywhere at least give them a check out! I absolutely love the place, my friend went with me and he looked and was as impressed as I and he purchased one.”

Then from just giving her a description and a screen shot picture of the dining room set I was looking for she was able to find it for us. “Excellent service. Went Above & Beyond to help me. I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. I know a deferral goes on at the end of the lease but they didn't have to help yet they did! Thanks!”

“We had been on a quest to find a new couch for years. We decided to re-start our search yesterday with Bob's as we had found a few on their website that appealed to us without being outrageously expensive. Joe (our sales guy) did a great job! He didn't hover over us but was always around if we had questions which we had plenty! The whole process went very smooth! I would highly recommend Bob's and Joe in particular!!”
“I bought a used dryer back in 2014 for $150 from this place its 2021 now and I'm now I'm looking to get a new dryer not because the dryer I bought from this place doesn't work but because I just wanna get a newer styled front load dryer and guess who I'm gonna call to see if I can upgrade? You guessed it Dunn`s. That was best $150 dollars I spent ,The Dryer I have now is roughly 14- 15 years old and I don't wanna push it any further .Before it starts to give me any problems I'm gonna retire it and Try my luck with a Newer Fancy front loader. WISH ME LUCK!!!...”

“Bought a washer and dryer here and I thought the price was great. They have Speed Queen appliances, which are absolutely top of the line.
The person we spoke with greeted us kindly, explained the options and answered all our questions patiently and expertly. We went to the store on Saturday and delivery was Monday (two days later!).
Really couldn’t be happier with this place and will certainly be buying from them again.”
