Quinton of the Akron store gave us a great introduction to Mattress Firm and education about mattresses. When back in our area we went to Niles outlet. Wendy did a great job handling multiple customers in the store at once. She guided us to the perfect mattress for us. She made us feel as though we got a fair and honest experience. During the completion of the paperwork we learned Wendy had previously worked for Mattress Firm in another state. She provided an example of how the company supported her during a difficult period in her life. (The example made us feel even better about our purchase). It’s clear Wendy is loves what she does, it was a pleasure to work with her.”

“We walked in on Black Friday to look around at mattresses and were immediately greeted with such kindness! Kim was a huge help even while she was helping other customers! She was kind and bright which can be hard to find on such a hectic day! Both staff members went above and beyond to help us find something that worked for us both mattress and financing wise! We did leave with buying something that day to be delivered (for free!!) Monday! I will definitely recommend anyone who needs a new mattress to head their way.”
