“After a bad experience at the Niles Post Office, I drove here. The woman at the counter was so much nicer than the Niles lady and actually helped me get my package shipped out. I needed a shipping label because the email I received said to use the original bubble mailer. She covered up the previous label and had me write out the new address, then taped it up. She was super helpful and very kind. Much appreciated!”
“I have nothing but good things to say about this post office. The postal workers are friendly and helpful here. I guess that's the atmosphere you get at a small town post office.Unfortunately, negative reviews about a post office are bound to happen as a result of the the cog being part of a bigger machine that does often fail to meet the standards of the patron. Remember that when you write your review. Judge the post office on it's own merits. “This post office is awesome. I was wondering why the huge line seemed to calm when I first went in. It turns out that they had no reason to be upset. You know how post offices tend to be overheated or cold or somehow both? Not this one. It was comfortable. There was one person at the counter, Ken, and he was fast, friendly, polite, and somehow made the transaction fun. It was the best post office experience ever.”
“Brad was wonderful through our whole passport appointment. He was extremely kind to our 2 small children while he was taking their photos. Quick and efficient.The post office itself is like stepping back in time, it is a work of art and absolutely beautiful.”

“The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful. You are never rushed even if it gets alittle busy. Merchandise is displayed beautifully and the establishment is clean and orderly. I've never met a more accommodating group of employees and I truely appreciate each one of the ladies (Mary retired and she was also awesome. I miss her)”
“I stopped in on 10/13/23(after I had a scheduled appointment for a passport at another location( Canfield post office ) to make a long story short . That day the Canfield ladies working that day were incredibly rude to me and cancelled my appointment bc apparently they said I took too long filling out my paperwork! I took off work for this…not to mention this was my 2nd visit /appt but was denied my passport bc the Canfield people gave me the wrong paperwork to fill out ! Anyways , after the worst customer service possible , I took a chance and showed up in Poland ! The two people working that day were so kind and understood my frustration and was willing to help me without an appointment ! I now have my passport in hand after a couple attempts . To the man and woman working in Poland that day !!!!! Thank you !!! your kindness matters! Your customer service matters ! I appreciate you both more than you know ! The. Canfield office made me literally leave there in tears! You guys totally helped me and deserve all the gold starts for top notch customer service . I took off work that day, have a young child at home and the stress the Canfield off caused me cannot even be described into words . I am thankful for the staff in Poland.”

“I contacted this location to track a package that said could not be delivered. This was an error, however I was able to speak with someone very promptly and they identified the problem immediately. Fortunately they were able locate the package and get it out for delivery that same day. So, although there was a sorting error made, they were able to rectify it quickly and were very pleasant in the process. Thank you!”
