“I had to go to MedVet twice in one day. My dogs were having diarrhea issues. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The Vet was compassionate & she helped them with a bland diet & medication to address the issues. I'm glad they are close by in emergency situations.”

My boy Buddy has some hip & back issues, & when he first started laser treatments he was leery of what Lisa was doing. But now he loves seeing her (I do too lol), & instantly relaxes & lays down for his treatments. He has learned to trust her & I can say without a doubt I trust every single person that works there!
When it was time to say goodbye to our girl Medusa, they made it a very serine experience for my kids & I. Dr.Mellech was there with us every step of the way & explained exactly what she was going to do. My daughter needed more time & they honored that, they never rushed us. I can say Ive never had a vet who cared so much, I looked over at Dr. Mellech & saw her crying right there with us. That showed me the compassion that every vet should have.
I cant say enough about what the people in this office have done for my pets & what they mean to me except they’re family now & I love them all. I recommend them in every possible way!”

“Dr. Allen and his staff are awesome at what they do. They went out of their way to help me with Pebbles. She was a feral, Dr. Allen fixed for me. She traded in her feral card on her own terms.... at her time of need, and mine they were there to put her out of her pain. She knew it was time.....she let me help her, as hard as it was. He confirmed what I assumed. She's no longer in pain. She was a great cat who loved the outdoors. I'm beyond blessed to Dr. Allen and his wonderful staff.”
“Went here for a lot of years with all of my pets. I lost my dog in September of 2022 to old age and he was cared for at Town and Country. I called today to make an appointment for my new puppy and was told they couldn't give me anything for 6 weeks. When I asked why so long the girl said," well we haven't seen this pet". I said I had just been in there in a september with my other dog and she said that makes no difference. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they were all gone. All gone at 2:05 in the afternoon when they are open until 10:00 P Update: I called and spoke to Andrea, who I've known from taking my other dog to them and got an appointment within a week. Toby has had his Neuter here and loved the staff. The difference in the price for his surgery was over $300 less at Town and Country. So, we are going to Dr Drotar and she is great.”
“Where do I begin? This has been long overdue. Dave and I have been going to T and C for years but I never wrote a review. We have owned 7 Rottweilers over the last 25 years. We absolutely adore the breed. Town n country has taken care of 5 of the seven. We lived in Pa before. Most of our pups passed of various cancers, one of renal failure and a 22 month colonic torsion. The last unexpected. Dr. Charlene Arendas has taken care of our wrecking crew. Her expertise as well as infinite knowledge is breathtaking. She was always honest with treatment and possible expected outcome. No treatment was to expensive for our dogs. We simply love them. The staff in this hospital is absolutely amazing. All of them have cried when we lost a pup as if they were their own. The availability, kindness and respect they emit is so appreciated. Dave and I love them and depend on them. They are our heart. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. Dave, Sherri Jones and the wrecking crew Jacob Bailey, Zoey Grace, Riley Cooper, Shelby Ray, and Harley Ray. Coming soon in December around Christmas is Noah Cooper. He is five weeks at this time. We appreciate all of you.”

“This past Saturday 1-10-2026 our little dog, Harley, unexpectedly declined rapidly and we knew we didn’t have much time. Unfortunately she had to be put down due to some kind of nasty cancer after we got results from X-ray and Blood samples…. Never did we expect her to go this early and it still feels like. A dream. But one thing i will say is the fact that these people took us in on a Saturday morning unexpectedly and not even being regular patients was amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They don’t know it yet but they have earned themselves 3 new patients and we will not be going anywhere else. Thank you so much for helping us and most importantly helping Harley go to doggy heaven. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew to do that with. ??”
