When we had some questions about the RV, he really helped us with some troubleshooting.”

“If you are getting new tires soon, I suggest grabbing their warranty/insurance that covers flats and punctures. I have had to use it twice now during the service life of my tires and it has saved me about $70.
Also, thanks to Don at the Heath location for getting my vehicle done so quick (1 hour before close!). Appreciate this shop and their staff.”

“I went here for an oil change as I usually go to this location due to the individuals that work here. When I pulled in I didn’t recognize any faces. I asked where Nathan and the old crew were and I was saddened to hear they no longer work there. However, the gentleman working was nice and got the job done, I’m going to miss the old crew. They were very professional and knowledgeable with everything. They always explained everything with detail and recommendations on the solutions if I had any problems. Ive never been excited to get my oil changed before going to this location with the old crew. Good luck to wherever you guys go or went. I’m sure wherever you are the company will be blessed with such incredible individuals and great customer service.”

One last year and one in April of this year. My Jetta which was purchased last year has been a very solid and reliable vehicle. The vehicle that was purchased this month, has been fantastic as well. I will always return to Blackburn when purchasing a vehicle because they are fair and honest people. 10/10 recommend buying from them.”
