“My husband broke his card while deployed. And then it was also blocked. I couldn’t get anywhere with the Fraud department because my name wasn’t on the card. A lady there named Lisa went out of her way to call the fraud department herself and to get it taken care of so we could get my husband a new card ASAP . Couldn’t be more thankful and it reminds me why we chose to keep our home town bank accounts open ❤️”
