“My beloved Smart car was in an accident and suffered damage to my headlight and front right bumper. I was nervous my car wouldn't be able to be repaired since it is a unique car that isn't sold in the US anymore so parts are hard to find.
Fortunately, the only part that was hard to find was a new headlight. The part was ordered and arrived earlier than I expected. My car was ready the same day it came. It was even cleaned inside and out before I arrived to pick it up.
Everyone seemed to genuinely care about the situation and called me with updates. I am really happy I chose them to fix my car and will recommend them in the future!”
“I want everybody to know that if you ever get in a car accident or you need damages fixed on your vehicle, I would 100% recommend First Class Collision. I was in an accident where I was rear-ended, and the back end of my car was smashed. They were able to fix everything that need to be fixed on my vehicle and they were able to color match exactly to the car. Also I feel terrible but I left my car a mess before I dropped it off and when I picked it up I didn't realize at first but they had completely detailed the entirety of my car. Truly a great company they went above and beyond I had numerous scenarios where my rental was being finicky but they solved it for me and told me not to worry about it. They made the whole situation such a smooth transition between dropping off my vehicle, the rental and picking it up and everything in between. “We’ve had three repair jobs at Caliber Collision in Milford, OH, and they have all been excellent experiences. Two major repairs on a GV60, and one minor mirror replacement with door damage on a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. Brittany and the crew there are very pleasant and know their craft. They are great at keeping you informed throughout the entire process through almost daily updates by text. I wouldn’t consider bringing our vehicles anywhere else. We have Allstate insurance, and they are their preferred repair shop, and under other circumstances that might mean an inferior or poor repair, BUT that’s not ever been the case with our friends at Caliber in Milford. We would recommend them to anyone, friends, family or strangers!

“Wow, folks! Take a look at these two pictures. If the first one doesn't scream "deer encounter gone wrong," then I don't know what does. My truck took a serious beating, and let's be honest, it wasn't exactly showroom clean before the whole incident either.
But then I met the magicians over at Methard's Collision Repair, and let me tell you, they turned this crumpled mess into a gleaming masterpiece! Jim, especially, was a huge help throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all my (probably annoying) questions, and made the whole ordeal completely stress-free.
Now, about that second picture? Yeah, that dusty exterior? Entirely my fault. Don't let the post-adventure grime fool you - Methard's work is immaculate. They buffed out every scratch and dent, leaving the paint job looking like a million bucks (or maybe more accurately, like it had never even met a deer).
In short, Methard's Collision Repair is the best in the business. They took my mangled truck and brought it roaring back to life, and Jim's customer service was top-notch. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that does phenomenal work, look no further!”

“So easy to work with and my car’s missing shark fin antenna is finally replaced. I called the dealership first and they couldn’t give me a quote before seeing the car, then said it would be probably almost $2,000 and wouldn’t be able to get me in for 5 months and “maybe” could get the part. I know it wasn’t a big repair job and that’s probably why I wasn’t getting very many answers or help. Cefalu ordered the part and got my car done in a day, from quote to fix it was like a week; and it only took that long because my schedule wouldn’t allow me to drop the car off any earlier. Excellent and honest service. My total ended up being less than what they quoted me. Highly recommend. Will be using again!!”
