“Do you know what makes this hardware store nice ? the fact that it’s connected to EADS and there’s a coffee shop also on the other side, so in essence, you get the benefit of outside decking, coffee, and hardware. And I’d love to say I was joking but it’s true. What’s nice about this particular spot is that it’s a cure and simple small town hardware shop that doesn’t feel commercial in a sense and that’s what makes it so lovely.”

They supplied our composite deck materials, soffit PVC components, and tongue-and-groove ceiling beadboard, all of which were high quality and exactly what we needed.

“We just purchased a new KitchenAid Refrigerator/Freezer from Lowe's Maineville after our 25-year-old KitchenAid died. We were working with a home warranty company which took time but Dana in sales worked with us patiently while we waded through the process. Then came the delivery and removal of the old unit which was a monster to remove. I think the house was built around the refrigerator. Bobby sent over a three person team and Jacob was the supervisor and they removed it quickly, the same day and were friendly, professional and very careful not to break tiles or scratch floors. They did an awesome job. Shout out to the whole team. We now have a new unit that will hopefully last a long time.....”

“I frequently visit this particular store and am always pretty happy with my shopping experience. The people working there are always really nice and have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are often out of the chicken feed I buy. I buy 3 kinds and I can rarely get all 3 in 1 visit. But it's always clean, the staff is very friendly and their selection is good. I do wish they had a cart return stall in the parking lot though, it's really difficult if you have multiple kids to have to return a cart to the inside of the store.”

However after a 3 hour visit with the design staff,I’d like to know who thinks heavy metal music is a good choice for their background music? For crying out loud it’s a mind numbing assault.”
