We'll ill be danged, because it was a crisp 68 degrees inside, clean & the carts were actually usable & able to be found easily. Easy access, peace of mind for your items. I cant speak on pricing, but otherwise a 10/10 unit.”

“I just wanted to give a shout out to your Eastgate location… and to your manager, Ashley, in particular. My husband and I have two adjoining units at the Eastgate location and in doing her routine security checks, Ashley discovered that one of our two locks was not secure. It was actually locked in the open position… meaning that anyone with access to that floor could have gotten into one (or both) of our storage units. Ashley alerted us immediately and worked with us to get the problem resolved in a very timely manner. This was no small task given that we live more than 500 miles away! We always have appreciated the security measures taken by Public Storage to keep our belongings safe and secure, and I must say, their customer service is truly exemplary!”
